El material SiSiC está hecho de polvo de carburo de silicio de alta pureza y polvo de Si, formado por fundición por deslizamiento, reaccionado y sinterizado por horno de vacío. Este mueble de horno tiene alta resistencia a la temperatura y baja masa.
